Wellington Park POA Covenants
The Wellington Park subdivision was platted and made a record of file in Sebastian County, Arkansas, on August 15, 2002. The original Development Group filed the following Covenants that would be binding on the subdivision for the purpose of setting limitations, restrictions, and uses on all 50 lots in order to assure continued desirability and uniformity to its owners and future owners. Articles of Incorporation were filed with the state of Arkansas on November 8, 2004 and the legal entity of the Wellington Park Addition Property Owners Association was founded. These limitations, restrictions and uses are still in force today and are enforced by the Wellington Park POA Board of Directors. All potential owners must be aware of and abide by these Covenants.
